Founder & CEO

Dr. Marsha Maxwell is the founder of LMNL Labs. Trained as a neuroscientist at Caltech and an alumna of Spelman College, she has spent her career translating the science of learning and cognition into practice — designing curricula and modern learning environments across international education systems.

LMNL Labs is the next chapter of that work: a bet that the people who understand how humans learn, adapt, and age are the ones who should be building the technology that shapes what comes next.
